is one of the world's most successful real estate brands. JLL MENA needed a 2012 corporate brochure that although retained the international brand aesthetics, was localised for the regional market. Arabic and English brochures were designed, along with an iPad version.
is a luxury residential villas development located near Abu Dhabi's Eastern Mangroves. The Brand Foundation named the development, branded it and created a suite of collateral that included; a dedicated residents life and style magazine, an elegant box-bound brochure, moving in postcards; access and privilege cards - all harmoniously
communicating the property's unique positioning as a service-oriented high end family-friendly community.
is a luxury super tower in Dubai Marina that stands at 412 metres high. TBF re-branded the tower to align the brand with the quality of the building. A brand identity, a luxury property brochure and press advertisements were produced.
is a recruitment firm with a commitment to personal service. The brand didn't reflect this, so TBF audited it and produced a new range of collateral that brought the personalities to life, warming up the brand and re-positioning it as a person-centric recruitment company without completely losing a corporate look and feel.

Aspirational in essence, the challenge was to offer potential investors clear and concise product information, showcase the architectural design process and to immerse investors in the brand vision. To achieve this, TBF structured the brochures 50% lifestyle, 50% product.
The team worked closely with the architect to shape the context and treatment of the 3D renders. A modular brochure format was conceived to enhance the feeling of luxury and to avoid costly
re- prints of the corporate section within it.
As part of the initial launch of the high rise apartment in JVC, The Brand Foundation created the press and broker launch pack. A high end bag with silver foiling contained the property brochure and USB giveaway. The applications helped portray the key characteristics of quality and luxury through high end materials and finish.

is a commercial development in Riyadh's central business district. Koden Real Estate required a luxury brochure with which to market the property off-plan with to Arabic and English speakers. The tower boasts an enviable location on King Fahad Road, and provides grade A facilities throughout. The design of the building was inspired by the moon. The Brand Foundation re-designed the brand identity, as well as designed and wrote the content for the property brochure.
